Hey all! Due to time constraints and things that have been happening globally, I had to shuffle some chapters around last month and move last month’s GOD chapter to this month. Thanks for your understanding, and I hope you are all safe and well!

To make up for it, we do have two of our April chapters ready for you already, so I’m releasing them right away! Enjoy! Don’t forget to return to our March releases to read our Eclipse Hunter entries. We released four just yesterday to round off volume 1~

I’m still in the middle of going over our chapters and figuring out what chapters will be ready for this month, so you’ll see more chapters popping up in our list of releases later on. Check back for them! There will definitely be a DE chapter, so don’t worry~

Last month, the “no one dares to make pie” option won the poll! I guess there’s no pie for anyone when Sun doesn’t get his pie~

A taxi was waiting outside of the university. Once Liu Yishi, Lu Yang, and Jiang Ziya got on, the driver didn’t even turn his head as he made his greeting.

“Long time no see, Mr. Liu.”

Liu Yishi smiled faintly. “Long time no see, Mr. Driver. Please take us to Xiang Shui Pan.”

Lu Yang introduced, “This is Mr. Driver who has worked with us for a long time. You can call him Driver.”

After he finished speaking, he then told Driver, “You don’t need to pretend to be a quiet driver. Jiang Ziya is my assistant. Give him a business card so he call you for your services in the future, too.”

“It’s Sun Emperor!” I furiously glared at the other person. One of the two secretaries is impudent after staying for so long, while the other, though he obeys commands, is impolite because he lacks the ability to differentiate personal and professional matters. Neither of them is satisfactory!

Bai Lian Yue said in a grieved voice, “I simply wanted to ask what you wanted to eat for dinner.”

“You won’t be here by dinnertime. I’m going to have you go over to Ah Ye later.”

“Did you request for me to come here just to dispatch me to your younger brother’s side—” Bai Lian Yue immediately burst out. However, he realized his own mistake midway through his words. “No, Kyle is not by your side, so you wouldn’t send me out as well.”

Definitely disobedient. But, as expected of a secretary I had personally chosen, he was still on the more intelligent side. I ordered, “Of course. Go handle the matter with Ah Ye in the afternoon and return here for work at dawn.”

“You…” Bai Lian Yue’s expression fell as he said, “Never mind. You have always thought that secretaries do not need to sleep. Kyle has really spoiled you! What do you want me to do with Ah Ye?”

“P29’s criminals escaped. Ah Ye will not just let it go.” I looked at the secretary with a frown. “Kyle said P29 is an organization under your management. What did you do there?”

“I did not really do much. Most of it was research-related to see if any of those abilities could be replicated. However, there have not been any results yet. I have already cut the expenditure as much as possible, only continuing with a small amount of research and drills. The worthwhile people are brought out to be used, but there are not many of them. Nearly all of those people have issues. The majority of them truly are criminals. P29 is a failing business, yet it has to continue, hmph! Fortunately, I was able to gain quite a decent subsidy from the government to help break even by threatening to release all the criminals.”

I sneered. “Anyone with power would want to use it, thinking that they are absolutely unrivalled. How many people are as good and honest as my Ah Ye, who possesses the greatest strength and support yet has not become corrupted?”

“Yes, yes, yes, your Ah Ye is the most lovable, most powerful, and most compassionate—So my task is to prevent Ah Ye from hunting down those criminals?”

Two tall figures walked into the study, one wearing black and one wearing white. They were so striking that she could not ignore them.

The one wearing black respectfully said, “Mistress, as you surmised, something has happened. Your deductions are astounding. You were able to tell that something was wrong simply from seeing a live feed of the fire alarm going off at Jiang Ziya’s university.”

Yu Shu felt aggrieved as she looked at her two sons, as if there was nothing left to live for. Why the hell did I give birth to them—No! I haven’t given birth at all, b-but… Fine, this is close enough to “giving birth.”

“Why are you acting so strange?”

Hold Keeper swept his eyes up and down to check on her condition. She was not injured, and she already had a cup of coffee next to her. She had been using her computer. There’s nothing wrong!

March chapters are around the corner~. We’ll be wrapping up volume 1 of Eclipse Hunter with some extras as well as Yu Wo’s afterword. It’s pretty amusing seeing how different Yu Wo’s afterword is in the new edition compared to the old edition. We’ll be releasing both versions.

This month, our poll is about Pi Day! To the anon who submitted this question, I’ve kept your question safe since last year! o/

The poll options were a bit too long for our poll, so I will include them here instead.

It is time to celebrate Pi Day! Pies must be made, but as Sun has managed to irritate Judgment again, he has been banned from sweets! Who shall be making the best pies and what flavors should they be?

1. Charles shall, upon Young Master’s request, make a full course meal from nothing but pie: Portuguese custard for starters, Chicken pot pie for the main course, and a bright, red, cherry pie for dessert!

2. Lolidragon shall attempt, despite being drunk and at a bar, to create a culinary masterpiece using what is available: a layered, Bailey’s jello shot and spiked chocolate ganache dessert of dubious edibility, but it is in a round, pie-like shape.

3. Jiang Shujun shall use the ingredients available (which is a lot) to create a pie made for Shuyu! A frozen Key lime pie!

4. No one dares to make, or consume, Pie when Sun is not allowed to enjoy Ice’s special blueberry pies!
