Sorry, sorry!

posted in: Updates | 19

First off, we apologize for the extreme delay in this month’s chapters! The first half of HPV5C6 is up now and we promise to have the second half and the LSK chapters up in the next two days.

We are in desperate need of more editors! As such, the English Proof-reader position has opened up once more and we’re looking for 2-3 new members. Head on over to the recruitment page for more details! We’ll be accepting applications for the next two weeks, until September 13th.

On another note, we hope to have more volume compilations for LSK and HP up within the next month or two.

Happy reading!

    Thanks for the update!
    Wouldn’t have bugged you like that in the first place, if you just did tell us, that you’re delayed for whatever reasons. ;)

    Ah so it was due to the lack of editors. I thought it might be some reason like that.
    I wish you good luck in finding people interested in the position!

    You don’t need to apologize for the “delay”. You are doing this as a hobby so do not stress, real life is stressful enough!
    I am immensely grateful for your wonderful translations and I’ll wait as long as necessary!
    Thank you for your kindness in sharing these novels with us!

    Aw, it’s okay! You guys should’ve put this out sooner! If you had I would’ve understood!! And, thanks for finally updating!!

    Don’t worry thanke your time. This is your hobby so do it if you enjoy it.
    Also it’s fine if you don’t post anything the next 2 days we can understand (or most of us can) the delay.
    Good Luck ^_^

    Don’t need to say so sorry, it ain’t your fault. Just give us a little notice that translation is coming late, and it’s all love and peace ~

    Two questions: If you guys didn’t get enough proof readers by the 13th, would you keep it open longer looking for them? Also, is there an age requirement on it? I don’t know if I’m the best for the job since I’m not exactly talented in the English department (even though it’s my only language :) ) but I feel obligated to help out if I can. Also, I’m not committing since school is picking up but I’m just curious.

      If we didn’t get enough we would keep it open, however we’ve already received almost 20 applications, so that won’t be an issue =]

      There is no age requirement. We base our decision purely on skill.

      @Shadow Rebirth
      Good to hear XD I might still try though. Still being unsure if its right for me but its wonderful that you have enough people :)

    Thanks for the chapter, I love all the work you do, and am beyond myself with happiness when you release.

    I do manga scanlating work myself, so I know the pain of trying to stick with deadlines with real life, and people dropping out on you. Also, as Ariel said, you’re doing this as a hobby, and not a job, so don’t stress too much.

    Just please don’t promise 4 chapters, give us deadlines, and then not deliver. I’m happy when I get news of a release, but I’d prefer it if my hopes weren’t brought up, and then dashed every time I looked on the site.

    You don’t mind, I’d like to suggest that you return to one of your old release schedules;
    you release a chapter whenever you have it ready, without announcing it, approximately once or twice a month.

    This way, we readers don’t see the “promise” that’s not delivered, you have less to work on (2 chapies as compared to 4) and the readers aren’t tortured by the never updating list. everyone is happy. :)

    Thanks for the information. I helps knowing what is going on. On a side note; due to the split of chapter 6, the order of the 1/2 Prince Chapter List has become a bit funny. It might be in need of fixing.
